Annual Show & Sale

Each year in November, the Guild holds their annual Show & Sale where members can bring their handwoven and handspun creations to display and sell to the public. Many members bring a loom or spinning wheel to demonstrate their craft to the visiting public. At the show, members who participated in the "Postcard Exchange " will display the results of their work.

The 2009 Show & Sale will be held November 21
at the Holiday Inn Express on South Townsend in Montrose CO

Admission is free, everyone is welcome.

Participating weavers, basketmakers, spinners, and other fiber artisans in the Guild present a large inventory of handcrafted gifts, household items, clothing, and accessories, all artfully displayed. Customers comment on the outstanding quality of the items offered. During the sale, guild members demonstrate spinning, weaving, basketry, and other fiber arts and recruit new members for the organization. Special displays of group projects showcase member talents.

The Show & Sale is free and open to the public. Many people mark their calendars and arrive ready to shop for special Christmas gifts.
